1. Start Heregentle & easy to follow

If you are brand new to ballet and would like to try a livestream virtual ballet class with us, we have our ABSOLUTE BEGINNER ONLINE CLASS. Designed for those who have never ever done ballet before, or did it such a long time ago that it would be helpful to start from the very beginning.

If you have some ballet, and feel you are more of a beginner than an absolute beginner, then you can try our SIGNATURE LIVESTREAM CLASSES.

Perhaps you would like to discover ballet on your own, in your own time, then we have our ONLINE PROGRAMS.

We also provide our free ballet classes. We recommend you begin at our very first Series, Ballet 1.  Once you feel familiar with the moves and the music, move on to Ballet 2 and apply the same approach. You can move sequentially through each Ballet Series or pick and choose the one you like the most and practice, practice, practice. The most important thing is to enjoy it!

2. What to Wearcomfort is essential

Anything that is comfortable and helps you to move.

Socks, bare feet, or sticky socks. Or a pair of soft canvas split sole ballet shoes. The most import thing is to feel comfortable and stable.

3. How oftenand when to exercise

The more you do, the more you gain. Do what works for you – you can do the exercises once a week or once a day. Elizabeth has built up from doing them twice a week to daily, and she finds she gets the most benefit out of a daily routine.

You can do our ballet anytime. Whenever you have a spare 20 minutes and feel like moving your body.
