Welcome! We are delighted that you are joining us in our Daily Ballet Practice where we work through daily ballet exercises for the next 4 weeks.
This is where it all begins.
In Day 1, we familiarise ourselves with the first set of exercises. Start slow, and melt into the practice. You will notice that day by day, the body settles into the work, and you can work deeper and more mindfully, enjoying all the benefits ballet brings. Let’s begin this journey together.
