Stretch to Ease the Back

We have both suffered from back pain over the years. And these are our ‘go to’ stretches that we both find help ease out the back. You might find them helpful too. Susan likes to do these in the morning. Elizabeth likes to do these in the evening. You can do them anytime. Come and stretch with us.
