Hello! We are a mother and daughter team, Elizabeth and Susan. We dance together in our online and livestream ballet classes for beginner and returner older adults.

Our classes focus on the joy of ballet and moving to beautiful music. They are gentle, and fun, allowing the body to improve in strength, mobility, and balance, while nourishing the mind, the heart and the soul.

The class comprises basic ballet dance moves that help to align the body, and build strength and control. The exercises are all performed to beautiful, carefully selected music. Susan builds on each exercise so that by the end of class, you feel stronger, more stable, more dynamic and energized.

The benefits of ballet are numerous, not only does the body improve in strength, control, endurance and stability, but the cognitive and mental well-being that comes from dance is well documented.

If you have ever wanted to learn ballet, or if you did ballet a while ago and would like to return to it, this is the class for you.
