We have provided daily 5-minute exercise sessions to keep you feeling vibrant. They can be done first thing in the morning or when you are taking a break or anytime that suits you. These are quick and easy, you can mix and match, repeat or add exercises. Have fun with them. We hope they benefit you, and help with your ballet practice. And like everything with exercises, the more often you do them, the better you feel!
